Haley is a good fit for clients who’ve always felt like the outsiders, the “too sensitive,” the “too intense,” the ones who learned early that blending in was safer than being known. Many of the people she works with are carrying quiet anxiety, lingering depression, or a kind of emotional heaviness they’ve learned to hide well. She brings experience supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence and works deeply with LGBTQIA+ clients, people unpacking religious trauma, and those navigating life between cultures or identities. She also supports teens (13+) and adults who feel misunderstood or overwhelmed, offering a space to make sense of what’s going on inside without judgment or pressure. If you’ve ever felt misplaced or like you had to tone yourself down to be accepted, you’ll find room to breathe here.

Her approach is warm, real, and a little offbeat. With Haley, you don’t have to be polished or palatable, you get to show up exactly as you are. Together, you’ll explore the stories you inherited, understand the parts of you that have been working overtime to keep you safe, and begin building new ways of relating that feel grounded, authentic, and truly your own.

(Haley is an LPC-Associate supervised by Adam Rahman, LPC-S.)
